Barrell Pilates

The step Barrel is used to increase the strength and flexibility of the Spine in flexion, extension, and lateral flexion. It's a great addition to a Mat class or equipment. It is frequently used with clients who have Scoliosis or other spinal imbalances to refine the use of the spine in any position. The Ladder barrel is used for the same in private sessions.
