Dry Needling – A technique used to decrease tightness in musculature. Although “acupuncture needles” are used, this form of treatment is very different that traditional acupuncture.

I am Dr. Joshua Levin, D.C.
At The Met, Dr. Levin’s approach bridges clinical care and movement education. His work integrates precise manual therapy with Pilates-based principles of alignment, control, breath, and efficient movement. He is certified in Diversified, Flexion-Distraction, Thompson Technique, Logan Basic Technique, and Activator adjusting techniques, and holds advanced certifications in Graston Technique, Dry Needling, Active Release Technique (A.R.T.), and musculoskeletal exercise rehabilitation.
