Decompress. Lengthen. Empower.
Trapeze Pilates
The Trapeze Table, also known as the Cadillac is based on the first piece of equipment designed by Mr. Pilates. When he was working as an orderly at an Army Hospital in Great Britain during World War I, he attached springs to a metal bed frame and created an exercise machine for his patients. As he developed this concept Mr Pilates added a full frame around the table and several spring attachment points to provide varying angles of resistance. The Trapeze and Towers are versatile and can be used for teaching clients at any level. Especially useful for teaching Pilates principles to new or injured clients and for adding athletic, full bodied exercises for experienced clients.

Light. Long. Strong.
This style of Pilates delivers all the core benefits of traditional Pilates while using the trapeze table’s springs and overhead bar to support and enhance movement. You will strengthen your abdominals, back, hips, and pelvic floor, improve mobility, and build greater body awareness. The trapeze also assists with spinal decompression, opens the chest, lengthens the body, and allows for deeper, safer stretches to improve overall range of motion.
Lift. Lengthen. Align.
Trapeze Pilates is ideal for people who spend long hours sitting, feel tight or stiff, or want a supportive, mindful way to move. The trapeze table’s springs and overhead bar help gently open the body while building strength, improving posture, and relieving spinal compression. You’ll leave feeling longer, more aligned, more flexible, and energized without high-impact intensity.
